QTS Teacher Required – 1:1 Tuition (In-Person)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Qualified Teacher (QTS) to provide 1:1 tuition for a child currently out of school. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference to a young learner’s education and wellbeing.

Role Details
\n
\n - Location: In-person (local area)
\n - Pay: £35 per hour
\n - Hours: Flexible – part-time and full-time opportunities available
\n
\n
? Key Responsibilities
\n
\n - Plan and deliver engaging Maths and English sessions aligned with the National Curriculum
\n - Adapt teaching approaches to meet individual learning needs
\n - Assess progress, track development, and adjust strategies accordingly
\n - Build a positive, supportive learning environment to re-engage the pupil
\n - Liaise effectively with:\n
\n - Local Authority
\n - Case workers and professionals
\n - Parents/carers
\n
\n - Provide reports and updates on pupil progress
\n
\n
Requirements
\n
\n - Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
\n - Experience working with children with additional needs or those out of mainstream education (desirable)
\n - Strong understanding of the National Curriculum
\n - Excellent communication and organisational skills
\n - Ability to work independently and collaborate with multiple stakeholders
\n
\n
