Site Manager Location: Hull Start Date: ASAP Duration: 26-Weeks Rate: £300 per day Site Manager - Retail Cut & Carve Project - Hull I'm working with a fit-out and refurbishment contractor who are looking to appoint a Site Manager for a retail cut and carve project in Hull. The works involve the subdivision of an existing shopping unit into two smaller retail units, including associated strip-out, partitioning, and builder's works. The role would suit someone who is experienced in civils/groundworks, as well as fitout. You will report into a site-based Project Manager and be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of trades and site activities throughout the programme. The Role: Managing day-to-day site operations on a live retail project Overseeing externals and groundworks Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring programme targets are met Supervising strip-out and alteration works safely and efficiently Assisting the Project Manager with progress updates and coordination Maintaining site records and daily reportsKey Requirements: Previous experience as a Site Manager on retail refurbishment or cut and carve projects Experience managing subcontractors in fast-paced environments Strong understanding of health & safety and site complianceSMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid essential
