Site Engineer

We are currently looking for an experienced Setting Out Engineer to join a long-term groundworks package on the South Coast.\n\nThis is an excellent opportunity for an engineer who is confident working independently and looking for a stable, long term contract.\n\nRequirements\n\n * Minimum 5 years setting out / engineering experience\n\n * Strong groundworks experience essential\n\n * Must have AutoCAD on own laptop\n\n * Own surveying equipment advantageous\n\n * Able to work independently and manage workload effectively\n\n * Must be based within commutable distance of the South Coast\n\n * Full UK driving licence and own transport required\n\n * Valid CSCS Card essential\n\n * Reliable and able to commit to the full 35-week programme\n\nDuties\n\n * Setting out for groundworks package\n\n * Reading and interpreting technical drawings\n\n * Maintaining site accuracy and quality standards\n\n * Liaising with site teams and management\n\n * Producing and maintaining as-built information where required\n\nWhat’s on Offer\n\n * 35 weeks of continuous work\n\n * Long-term opportunity on a busy project\n\n * Independent role with responsibility on site\n\n * Opportunity to work with an established project team\n\nIf you are an experienced engineer looking for your next long-term opportunity, we would like to hear from you
