We're recruiting for a Residential Surveyor to join a highly successful and growing chartered surveying practice on a consultancy basis in the Shrewbury area. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced surveyor seeking the flexibility of remote working while benefiting from a strong fee split, administrative support, and uncapped earning potential.

Working a minimum of 2 days per week, you'll cover a 25-mile radius from your home, carrying out residential surveys and valuations using industry-leading reporting software.

The Role

As a Residential Surveyor, you will:

• Carry out RICS Level 2 HomeBuyer Surveys
\n
• Undertake Mortgage Valuations
\n
• Deliver accurate, professional reports using industry-leading software
\n
• Provide expert advice to clients in line with RICS standards
\n
• Manage your own workload efficiently while maintaining high service levels
\n
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients
\n
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with industry regulations and best practice
\n

Residential Surveyor Requirements

\n
• AssocRICS qualified or above
\n
• Minimum of two years' post-qualification surveying experience
\n
• VRS registered
\n
• Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
\n
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
\n
• Ability to work independently and manage your own diary
\n
• Full UK driving licence
\n
