\n\nYour Role as a Referrals Officer\n

As a Referrals Officer, you will:

• Manage referrals from local authorities
\n
• Match placements according to children's needs
\n
• Develop positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
\n

\n

We’re looking for someone with excellent communication and organizational skills, a passion for making a difference, and the ability to work independently. Previous experience in children's services is a plus, but not essential!
