Job Title: Production Operative\nLocation: Alfreton\nPay Rate: £13.22 to £14.82 p/h (£13.22 per hour + £1.60 holiday pay = £14.82 per hour total)\nHours: Monday & Tuesday – 06:00 to 16:30, Wednesday & Thursday – 06:00 to 16:00, Friday – 06:00 to 15:30\n\nFifth Wheel Recruitment are looking for Production Operatives in Alfreton to work with our client, who manufactures and distributes cement, ready-mix concrete and aggregates.\n\nYou must have strong math and english skills to be considered for this role. \n \nEmployee Benefits:\nCompetitive Salary: £13.22 per hour + £1.60 holiday pay = £14.82 per hour total\nImmediate Starts: Begin earning immediately\nWeekly Pay: Payday every Friday\nProfessional Development:\n\n - Full on the job training\n - Free upskilling opportunities\n\nCareer Growth: Excellent opportunities\n \nRoles & Responsibilities:\n\n - Checking products pre and post production\n - Using measurements and tape measures accurately\n - Using hand and power tools\n - Identifying and reporting defects or issues\n - Basic computer work including Word and Excel\n - Working with materials such as concrete and aggregates\n - General warehouse duties and housekeeping\n\nThis is a physically demanding role within a heavy industrial environment, so previous experience working in a similar type of role would be beneficial. \n\nAbout you:\nYou will need to be physically fit to fulfill this role, and have previous experience using hand tools. \n\nYou will be a UK resident and will be able to travel to and from the site for your shift.
