We’re currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a busy Occupational Health provider, who are looking for an experienced Occupational Health Nurse to join one of their London clinics. This is primarily a clinic-based role with occasional local travel to nearby client sites.\n\n Role Overview:\n You’ll work alongside a friendly, professional clinic team delivering a full range of occupational health services to a varied client base. Key responsibilities include:\n\nCase management assessments and management referrals\nHealth surveillance: spirometry, audiometry, HAVS\nVaccinations in line with the Green Book\nDrug and alcohol screening\nDSE and workplace health assessments\nSupporting wellbeing clinics and health promotion initiatives\nAutonomous clinical decision-making and referrals\nManaging vaccines, drugs, and medical stock safely\nMaintaining accurate clinical records and GDPR compliance\nCollaborating with the multi-disciplinary team and supporting junior staff\nParticipating in internal meetings and service improvement initiativesPerson Specification:\n\nRegistered Nurse (NMC) with a Diploma or Degree in Occupational Health\nMinimum 2 years’ Occupational Health experience\nCompetent in spirometry, audiometry, HAVS, phlebotomy, and vaccinations\nFull, clean UK driving licence\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills\nAbility to work independently and manage workload effectively\nEvidence of continued professional developmentBenefits:\n\n£45,000 salary\nCompany pension and life assurance\nCycle-to-work scheme and discounted gym membership\nFree eye tests and flu jab vouchers\nStaff referral scheme\n22 days annual leave plus bank holidaysThis is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive and collaborative OH team and make a real impact on employee health and wellbeing.
