Were currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a busy Occupational Health provider, who are looking for an experienced
Occupational Health Advisorto join one of their Londonclinics. This is primarily a clinic-based role with occasional local travel to nearby client sites.\n
Role Overview:\n
\n Youll work alongside a friendly, professional clinic team delivering a full range of occupational health services to a varied client base. Key responsibilities include:\n
\n
\n - Case management assessments and management referrals
\n - Health surveillance: spirometry, audiometry, HAVS
\n - Vaccinations in line with the Green Book
\n - Drug and alcohol screening
\n - DSE and workplace health assessments
\n - Supporting wellbeing clinics and health promotion initiatives
\n - Autonomous clinical decision-making and referrals
\n - Managing vaccines, drugs, and medical stock safely
\n - Maintaining accurate clinical records and GDPR compliance
\n - Collaborating with the multi-disciplinary team and supporting junior staff
\n - Participating in internal meetings and service improvement initiatives
\n
Person Specification:\n
\n
\n - Registered Nurse (NMC) with a Diploma or Degree in Occupational Health
\n - Minimum 2 years Occupational Health experience
\n - Competent in spirometry, audiometry, HAVS, phlebotomy, and vaccinations
\n - Full, clean UK driving licence
\n - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
\n - Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
\n - Evidence of continued professional development
\n
