Mobile Electrical Engineer – Birmingham\n\n£38,000 – £43,000 + Company Vehicle + Benefits\n\nWe are currently seeking an experienced Mobile Electrical Engineer to join a leading facilities management provider covering commercial sites across Birmingham and the surrounding areas.\n\nThe Role\n\nAs a Mobile Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of commercial properties. You will be expected to diagnose faults, carry out repairs, and ensure all electrical systems remain compliant and operational.\n\nKey Duties\n\n * Planned and reactive electrical maintenance\n\n * Fault finding and repairs on electrical systems\n\n * Emergency lighting testing and maintenance\n\n * Distribution board maintenance and inspections\n\n * Electrical installations and minor works\n\n * Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations\n\n * Completing maintenance reports and paperwork\n\nRequirements\n\n * Proven commercial maintenance experience\n\n * 18th Edition qualification (essential)\n\n * AM2 qualification (essential)\n\n * Strong knowledge of emergency lighting and distribution boards\n\n * Excellent fault-finding abilities\n\n * Full UK Driving Licence\n\nPackage\n\n * £38,000 – £43,000 salary\n\n * Company vehicle\n\n * Overtime opportunities\n\n * Company benefits package\n\n * Career progression opportunities
