Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

As a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, you will deliver high-quality planned preventative maintenance, reactive breakdown fault-finding, and minor installation works across a varied commercial estate.\n\nThis is a diverse, hands-on mechanical role where no two days are the same. We are looking for an all-round mechanical professional who combines strong HVAC/plant room engineering knowledge with extensive commercial plumbing and wet-works maintenance experience.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * \n\n Commercial Mechanical Maintenance: Execute daily PPM schedules, reactive repairs, and system overhauls on a wide range of commercial mechanical infrastructure, ensuring maximum asset uptime and SLA compliance.\n\n * \n\n Plant Room & HVAC Care: Monitor, service, and troubleshoot plant room equipment, including Air Handling Units (AHUs), fan coil units, pumps, booster sets, heating loops, and chilled water circuits.\n\n * \n\n Commercial Plumbing & Drainage: Take absolute ownership of commercial wet-works.
