We are currently recruiting for two experienced Third Party Managing Agent Officers to join a well-established housing Association on a temporary contract for 2 months, with strong potential for permanent opportunities thereafter.\n\nThis is an excellent opportunity for housing professionals with experience managing relationships with third party managing agents and a solid understanding of leasehold and service charge management.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * Managing and responding to TPMA emails, correspondence, and resident queries\n\n * Monitoring managing agent performance and escalating concerns where necessary\n\n * Investigating and responding to Stage 1 complaints in line with policy and procedures\n\n * Reviewing and challenging service charge and managing agent costs\n\n * Raising purchase orders relating to service charge and TPMA fees\n\n * Liaising with residents, neighbourhood colleagues, and external managing agents\n\n * Supporting the wider housing management function\n\nAbout You\n\nTo be considered, you should have:\n\n * Previous experience working with third party managing agents\n\n * Housing management experience or a strong understanding of the sector\n\n * Good knowledge of leases, management agreements, and service level agreements\n\n * Experience dealing with service charges and challenging costs where appropriate\n\n * Strong communication and organisational skills\n\n * The ability to manage workloads independently and prioritise effectively\n\nExperience using NEC, MRI Communications, or Epost would be advantageous, although training can be provided.\n\nContract Details\n\n * 35 hours per week\n\n * Flexible working hours between 08:00 – 18:00 Monday to Friday\n\nOnsite parking is available at both locations.\n\nThere will be an initial officebased induction period, after which hybrid working arrangements can be discussed
