Estimator - a leading interior fit-out and joinery specialist based in Nottingham is searching for an Estimator to join the growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an Estimator join a successful business delivering refurbishment, fit-out and joinery installations across education, commercial and healthcare sectors.

The role offers the opportunity to work a variety of projects for an impressive network of repeat clients ranging from £100K - £3M.

Salary & Package:
\n - Guideline salary of £50,000 - £60,000 (Negotiable)
\n - Company Car Allowance of £5,000
\n - 25 days + bank holidays
\n - Healthcare & Pension

Key Responsibilities:
\n - Review tender documentation to identify trade packages and material requirements.
\n - Prepare and issue subcontract enquiries to suppliers
\n - Identify pricing gaps and complete labour/plant/material pricing from first principles.
\n - Compile tender qualifications and exclusions.
\n - Produce accurate costings

Key Requirements:
\n - Estimating experience within the fit-out, refurbishment or joinery sector
\n - Strong team player with the ability to work independently when required.
\n - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
\n - Strong time management and negotiation skills.
