Estimator – Fit-Out & Refurbishment\n\nLocation: Manchester\nSalary: Up to £60,000\n\nWe are currently working in partnership with a well-established fit-out contractor based in Manchester who is looking to appoint an Estimator to join their growing team.\n\nThe Role\n\nYou will be working within a small, collaborative team, reporting directly to the Commercial Director. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in pricing and delivering a diverse range of fit-out and refurbishment projects.\n\nAbout the Company\n\nOur client specialises in Cat A and Cat B fit-out and refurbishment schemes across a variety of sectors, including:\n\n * Private Rented Sector (Build-to-Rent)\n\n * Student Accommodation\n\n * Commercial Offices\n\n * Leisure & Hospitality\n\n * NHS & Healthcare\n\nRecent Projects\n\n * Build-to-rent fit-out scheme in Salford\n\n * Office fit-out in Manchester\n\n * Student accommodation refurbishment in Glasgow\n\n * Golf clubhouse refurbishment in Manchester\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * Preparing and submitting competitive tenders and cost estimates\n\n * Analysing drawings, specifications, and project requirements\n\n * Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain accurate pricing\n\n * Supporting the commercial team throughout the pre-construction phase\n\nRequirements\n\n * Previous experience as an Estimator within fit-out or refurbishment\n\n * Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail\n\n * Ability to work both independently and as part of a team\n\n * Excellent communication and organisational skills\n\nWhat’s on Offer\n\n * Salary up to £60,000 (dependent on experience)\n\n * Opportunity to work on diverse, high-quality projects\n\n * Supportive team environment with direct exposure to senior leadership
