We welcome applicants from all backgrounds who are passionate about delivering exceptional service and making a difference in people's lives.\n\nWhat You'll Do:\n\nBe the friendly face of our client's company, providing expert guidance and information on their amazing homes available for rent - including key details such as pricing, layouts and features.\nHandle warm-hot inbound enquiries only, ensuring every customer feels valued and heard.\nLog all enquiries accurately and quickly into the CRM system, maintaining up‑to‑date and compliant records.\nQualify leads confidently against set criteria to ensure customers are matched to the right homes.\nUtilise your exceptional communication skills to build strong relationships and rapport with prospective tenants.\nWork closely with our onsite teams to seamlessly coordinate viewings and assist with remote tours, ensuring customers receive top‑notch service every step of the way.\nMake occasional outbound follow‑up calls using the applicant database to progress warm leads where appropriate.\nKeep abreast of the latest developments, pricing updates and key messages from our client, empowering you to answer questions with confidence.\nCarry out simple system checks and updates to ensure records remain accurate, tidy and audit‑ \n\nWhat We're Looking For:\n\nA customer‑focused person with a passion for delivering outstanding service.\nExceptional listening skills and a knack for building rapport over the phone.\nStrong IT proficiency, including Outlook, Word and Excel, with the ability to learn new software quickly.\nA motivated self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and adapts well to change.\nExperience managing a high‑volume workload, with excellent time management and organisational skills.\nA team player with a keen eye for detail and strong accuracy in your work.

\n\nYour Working Hours:.\n\n35 hours per week on an alternating bi‑weekly pattern:\n\nWeeks 1 & 3: Monday to Friday: 09:00 - 17:00\n\nWeeks 2& 4: Tuesday to Friday: 09:00 - 17:00 and Saturday: 09:00 - 16:00\n\nWhat You'll Get in Return:\n\nA basic salary of £24,000\nA great working culture with like‑minded individuals\nA proven career path with opportunities to progress\nA fantastic benefits package
