Behaviour Support Assistant - What the School is Looking For\n
\nThe ideal Behaviour Support Assistant will hold a 2:1 or First-Class degree from a top 30 UK university. Previous child-centred experience is highly valued, whether gained through schools, tutoring, mentoring, coaching, youth work or similar settings. The school is looking for a proactive, patient and compassionate Behaviour Support Assistant with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping children overcome barriers to learning.\n

  • £460 per week, pro rata to term time only
