Associate Transport Planner

This position is key role as company embark on the expansion of this sector whilst working closely with their long established head office.\n\nKey to this role will be your ability to:\n\n• Prioritise the development and nurture client relationships within the Birmingham and wider West Midlands regional property market.\n\n• Actively leading revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities.\n\n• Financial responsibility for projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.\n\n• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality transport planning solutions.\n\n• Being a positive role model for the group while providing support and mentorship to others.\n\n• Building a team with support from transport planning colleagues in the North, to complement their existing Civils & Structures and Geo Environmental Engineering expertise in Birmingham.\n\nPreferably Chartered with strong client nurturing skills and the ability to manage project delivery effectively. Having the drive and passion to grow the business and a team is seen as key as well as possessing technical excellence and in-depth knowledge of transport and highway issues related to Transport Assessments, Travel Plans, Environmental Statements, masterplanning, and highway design. Alongside this being adept at managing project finances and contributing to overall business performance and growth.\n\nAbove all the right fit will be guided by what is right when making decisions, who recognises the contribution of others and shares their successes.
