Assembly Operative

All Square Recruitment are looking for focused Assembly Operatives to join a specialist manufacturer known for high-performance in Chelmsford, Essex. We are recruiting this role on a temp to perm basis.\n\nThis role is based in a clean, modern production environment and is perfect for someone who enjoys precision-based assembly work.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * Producing and assembling small, intricate parts to exact specifications.\n\n * Using various hand tools to complete assembly tasks at a dedicated workbench.\n\n * Ensuring all components are handled with care and meet strict quality standards.\n\n * Working efficiently as part of a team to meet daily production targets.\n\nRequirements:\n\n * Previous experience in a manufacturing or electronic assembly environment is highly desirable.\n\n * Excellent manual dexterity and the ability to work with small parts.\n\n * A proactive approach and the ability to maintain concentration on repetitive, detailed tasks.\n\n * Strong commitment to workplace safety and maintaining a tidy environment.\n\nFull training and induction will be provided.\n\nAssembly Operative Shift Details:\n\n8am till 4:30pm Monday to Thursday\n\n8am till 15:30pm on Friday
